NP Laurie was the first practitioner in years that made me feel heard. She took my concerns seriously and addressed them promptly. She was honest about what factors could and could not be controlled and what steps we could take as a team to move forward with my care. I look forward to returning to her. Additionally, the person working the front desk as well as the woman who took my vitals and intake were extremely kind and caring.

Since I just moved to Ohio after having the same primary care physician for 17 years, I was apprehensive about finding a new medical care practice for my health care. All my worries about this went away when I met Laurie & the staff at Mt Carmel in t Carmel medical New Albany.
