The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only negative which is a huge negative was parking. Offering great service, but not being able to get in to even get the service is the issue. The lot for the obgyn was packed past capacity, and it was still no room. I had to park at the parking garage next to the hospital attached and they would not validate parking neither would your obgyn office, even though I had an appointment there. It took 30 minutes to even find a parking spot at all. I drove from 4 hrs away, and luckily I came 2 hours before the apt time, bcause that was ridiculous. The staff is great, but the parking is at zero out of ten 0/10.

Dr. Baalbaki is excellent. Great communicator and listener. She discusses the evidence supporting her recommendations for care and quickly responds on the portal.

It was my first visit and second or third time ever to UAB downtown. Being from out-of-state originally, i did get confused with parking and finding the right floor/area. Better clarification would be helpful for other first timers like me, but the staff assisted in getting me to the right place. The physician and care were great!

From the front desk welcome to the doctor, everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. It was fast to get seen and one of the best experiences I've had at the obgyn in a while.

It was the most physical pain I've ever been in and I felt condescended to, ignored, rushed, and felt like the Dr. Didn't trust that I knew what i was talking about.

The staff was fantastic - efficient and professional while also being caring and compassionate. I arrived early for my appointment and was seen early - very impressed with patient management.

This is the second time I have had to wait over an hour to be seen for a scheduled appointment since the check-in program did not work properly. My check in staff were excellent, Zenia even discovered the problem before I came to ask and called the ultrasound department to get me placed next in line when we made it to the hour and a half mark. I love the staff, it's very unfortunate that they have a broken computer system that makes their job more difficult. They're doing a great job trying to manage the customer experience.
