Dr. Silverstein is a rare talent. I’m so glad I was able to pick up with him after Dr. Gunby retired. For here on, I will go wherever Silverstein goes. He inspires confidence.

Dr Silverstein is a wonderful doctor. He is both extremely knowledgeable and empathetic. He is the rare combination of expertise and graciousness. I am very appreciative of his being my PCP.

I had a wonderful experience, always do whenever I come to Sunset Hills. I have no complaints whatsoever. Everybody is wonderful, very efficient, very kind, and very professional, and I appreciate all of you, and God bless all of you in the good work that you do in helping God's people. Thank you so much. I have no complaints, so I don't know what to say what you can improve.

What else would you like to say about your experience?
I have never felt in better care than with Dr Silverstein and Team. They show compassion, great care and competence. My health is better in the last year and a half than the previous 20+ years.

Doctor arrived few minutes early. All issues addressed without feeling rushed. Left the office within 30 minutes. Entire experience very efficient!!

Dr. Silverstein and the staff- everyone worked together beautifully. It was like clockwork. My appointment wasn’t until 2 PM and I had my diagnosis and treatment plan the same day. It was awesome to experience.

The appointment was a new patient one. I changed my PCP because the one I had before never was aware of what was going on with my health outside of a once yearly appointment and relied on me to bring him up to speed. Dr. Silverstein was fully aware of my medical history and has already put together a plan to support me. He understood what my concerns are and it is my opinion that he is extremely competent and knowledgeable in his area.
The staff at the facility were all efficient and helpful with questions.

Did not feel like my visit was rushed, listening to my concerns attentively, explained treatments, recommended vaccine needed and explained why. The Doctor followed up immediately after receiving results with explanation and was available for any questions I may need answered.

Dr. Silverstein was prepared prior to my visit. Although this was just my second visit with him, he knew details of med changes from several years ago. He anticipated side effects of my meds, offered detailed advice on managing those effects, and explained future plans in detail. He is beyond great!

Everything at the facility was quite well. The doctor was well. The whole facility is great. I enjoy going there and I really refer people to go there. Very special needs with Dr. Silverstein. He's really a good doctor and his staff was really excellent along with the nurse that he had.
