You did really well. Everybody that I had contact with at the BJC Center was great. And Dr. Silverstein and his nurse are wonderful. I love them.

From start to finish everyone was professional yet personable. I also appreciated keeping to the appointment schedule and not having to wait. Overall I had a positive experience.

The office is extremely well organized and pleasant. There was no wait time in the waiting room or in the physician’s exam room. Dr. Silverstein is an excellent physician; compassionate, knowledgeable, and fully informed of my medical history and needs. He informs and instructs the patient thoroughly with clarity. His staff also reflects the value of time and knowledge dissemination with clarity.

Dr. Silverstein is very kind, thorough, intelligent and easy to talk to. As an RN, I appreciate his professionalism and knowledge. I trust him completely that he is interested in my care. Best physician I’ve ever had.

Dr. Silverstein is a rare talent. I’m so glad I was able to pick up with him after Dr. Gunby retired. For here on, I will go wherever Silverstein goes. He inspires confidence.

I had a wonderful experience, always do whenever I come to Sunset Hills. I have no complaints whatsoever. Everybody is wonderful, very efficient, very kind, and very professional, and I appreciate all of you, and God bless all of you in the good work that you do in helping God's people. Thank you so much. I have no complaints, so I don't know what to say what you can improve.

What else would you like to say about your experience?
I have never felt in better care than with Dr Silverstein and Team. They show compassion, great care and competence. My health is better in the last year and a half than the previous 20+ years.

Doctor arrived few minutes early. All issues addressed without feeling rushed. Left the office within 30 minutes. Entire experience very efficient!!

Dr. Silverstein and the staff- everyone worked together beautifully. It was like clockwork. My appointment wasn’t until 2 PM and I had my diagnosis and treatment plan the same day. It was awesome to experience.

The appointment was a new patient one. I changed my PCP because the one I had before never was aware of what was going on with my health outside of a once yearly appointment and relied on me to bring him up to speed. Dr. Silverstein was fully aware of my medical history and has already put together a plan to support me. He understood what my concerns are and it is my opinion that he is extremely competent and knowledgeable in his area.
The staff at the facility were all efficient and helpful with questions.
