Excelllent surgeon. Explained my procedure in detail as I had many questions. Can't say enough good things about all the employees at Franciscan; from reception to techs. Everyone was friendly and helpful and kind.

It wasn't failure on part of the doctor but negligence on part of office personnel. Once I saw physician, my request was completed & permission received to have dental treatment was received.
