My records was not really updated even though I have them my new med list basing on the discharge papers that I got.She was nice and pleasant but did not seem to really be interested in my health. She made me feel like she just needed to check a box “done” and “next” Her physical exam was barely done, did not really listen when checking my lung sounds, did not listen to my heart! She was still speaking to me while walking out of the room! Definitely not invested in me the patient.

She doesn't listen or care about my personal medical history. She kept saying "we don't usually do that". Sometimes a patient is not " usual".

I know I’m an older woman who’s had a hysterectomy and had already gotten all the tests that she asked me to have before my appointment. I just really felt dismissed and not taken seriously. I try really hard to be proactive with my health, but it’s hard when the provider that I’m seeing Doesn’t relay the same feeling.

During my visit, I felt the care I received was inadequate. The doctor diagnosed me with an ear infection and prescribed amoxicillin, but the emergency room later confirmed that I did not have an ear infection and advised me to stop taking the medication. This conflicting diagnosis was frustrating and raised concerns about the accuracy of the initial assessment. Additionally, the doctor seemed disengaged during the appointment and did not take the time to explain my condition or treatment plan thoroughly. This left me feeling confused and unsure about my next steps. I believe more attention to communication and thorough examinations would greatly improve patient care.

Seems like the staff is very busy and its a little bit of a challenge to get a timely appointment. To get just a physical was 7 months from when I called to schedule.

She took time to look at and talk about 2 "oh, by the way' issues." I wish you could clone her. Always a wonderful, caring attitude
