Signage could be much better. Looked like there were 3 disciplines in this office serviced by the same counter. Not sure which window to go to.

Dr. Siddiqi is a gifted physician who understood my concerns & remarkably familiar with my case. He spent plenty of time with my visit. Dr. Siddiqi has a very high regard for his patients!

The only issue I've had is obtaining follow up for the referral Dr Siddiqi said he would provide for a Cardiology Thorastic Surgeon to address an Ascending Aortic Aneurysm which was discover during a CT scan Dr. Siddiqi had ordered. It's been a week since my visit and I have requested his assistance twice via a message over the Trinity My Chart Portal and with no response and finally I called his office to request follow up.

After the consultation, I wish I had asked more questions regarding the next procedure, such as the threat of cancer and possible scenarios/treatments.
