Dr Song is an outstanding physician; very knowledgeable, a great listener, caring, great communicator, & most of all she has helped me feel healthier & pain free. I feel heard & respected by her & feel that she truly cares about my health.

As I mentioned before, she is great. I also have an auto-immune condition that is not typically well known, which she mentions in her profile as having a particular interest in - which is one of the main reasons I chose her as my rheumatologist.

The lab people were great. They always are friendly, knowledgeable, skilled at drawing blood. Nice experience as the tech tried to help me with my cell phone that had died. The only thing I had difficulty with is understanding Dr. Song. Her voice is too quiet and it seems her words run together and that makes me have to ask her to repeat herself often. But she is also knowledgeable and friendly and listens very well when I have an issue like my loss of taste/ smell.

As I have shared Dr. Song demonstrates true passion for her patients and she doesn't rush in and out, like many of her colleagues. I truly appreciate this. She doesn't push her patients off on any Nurse Practioners, which most physicians do today. Dr. Song truly cares about her patients and this is what chronicle ill people need.
