Dr. Song listened to what I had to say, really “heard”me and was patient during our discussion. She then proceeded with a plan to find answers to the resulting questions/concerns.

The lab people were great. They always are friendly, knowledgeable, skilled at drawing blood. Nice experience as the tech tried to help me with my cell phone that had died. The only thing I had difficulty with is understanding Dr. Song. Her voice is too quiet and it seems her words run together and that makes me have to ask her to repeat herself often. But she is also knowledgeable and friendly and listens very well when I have an issue like my loss of taste/ smell.

As I have shared Dr. Song demonstrates true passion for her patients and she doesn't rush in and out, like many of her colleagues. I truly appreciate this. She doesn't push her patients off on any Nurse Practioners, which most physicians do today. Dr. Song truly cares about her patients and this is what chronicle ill people need.

Dr. S. Song is very professional, caring, knowledgeable, takes the time to listen and makes sure that the treatment plan includes your feedback. Dr. Song doesn't pressure you into any treatments, allowing you to decide if the treatments are in your best interest. I would most definitely recommend 👌 👍 Dr. Song for your radiologist without a doubt!!!
