We cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr.Chen. From the very first visit, it was clear that she is not only incredibly knowledgeable but also deeply invested in the well-being of her patients. When our son received his diagnosis, she went above and beyond to ensure we understood every aspect of it. She was thorough, compassionate, and incredibly patient—taking the time to explain everything in a way that was easy for us to understand, without ever making us feel rushed or overwhelmed.
Her level of involvement and concern made all the difference for our family during a very uncertain time. We felt seen, heard, and genuinely cared for. She consistently followed up, answered every question thoughtfully, and made sure we felt supported every step of the way. Her warmth, professionalism, and dedication to her patients is unmatched.

Doctor Shuan was kind and amazing. She listened to my concerns about my son. She is the best doctor we had seen in pediatrics. I wish all doctors were like her. I highly recommend her as a doctor.

It was my first visit and it showed that she went over the complete medical history of my daughter with the questions she asked. She didn’t rush us and was very professional. She listened to my every concern without being dismissive.

Dr. Chen and staff was great and always make sure to go above and beyond. First time meeting Dr.Chen and my daughter was happy to have a women Doctor she come be more comfortable with.
