I just wish providers had more info on what happens when Kaiser takes over, especially as it applies to Specialist.

i sympathize with the doctors who are regimented by Renown & have to limit the time they can spend with each patient. this leads to longer wait times & is unrealistic considering the number of senior citizens on the caseloads....Dr Basho continues to offer stellar service under these stressful conditions.

This is regarding Dr. Basho. This is an absolutely wonderful physician. She actually cares, very knowledgeable, and literally takes as much time as she thinks she needs, even when she's pressed, to get to the root of a visit. And I am grateful that someone recommended her to me. So I'm going to recommend her to others.

I am always pleased with the clinics, staff and my doctor. Dr. Basho was at the geriatric clinic but has just moved to this clinic. I have had her for many years so I followed her here. If Senior Care Plus requires me to go back to t he geriatric clinic hopefully Dr. Basho recommends me to a good doctor. Dr. Basho has cared for me very well through the years and she knows me.

I appreciate Dr. Basho. She's an excellent doctor and is always very thorough. The only reason I put nine for the facility is that it's a little bit further for me to drive. I used to go to the Del Monte location, but I will definitely continue to go there. Thank you.

Lobby was extremely cold and not comfortable for senior patients. Even Dr said she was cold. Not near as nice as Del Monte.
