I appreciate Dr. Basho. She's an excellent doctor and is always very thorough. The only reason I put nine for the facility is that it's a little bit further for me to drive. I used to go to the Del Monte location, but I will definitely continue to go there. Thank you.

Lobby was extremely cold and not comfortable for senior patients. Even Dr said she was cold. Not near as nice as Del Monte.

I’m glad Dr. Basho moved to Caughlin. Went to Del Monte today for my husband’s lab appointment, and it just doesn’t look as comfortable and inviting as it used to.

All exceeding expectations. A really pleasant visit. Dr. Basho and her assistant were friendly and took time to answer all my concerns. The receptionists and check in check out process was efficient and warm. The facility waiting area is so lovely.

i adore Dr.Basho & her staff (shout out to Sydney). they spend as much time as necessary going over everything thoroughly. she refers me to specialists when necessary & follows up. she is in immediate contact via MyChart. every appointment is like visiting old friends.
