I had my 2.5 year old with me at this appointment and everyone from the front desk to Dr.Shoupe himself were very nice to him. They let him see how much he weighed, they brought him a sticker, sucker, and a toy to keep him happy while I was talking to the doctor. As a mom this means so much to not feel like your an imposition to their work day because I couldn’t find a sitter. I appreciate all of them!

Doctor Shoup documented everything him & I discussed in my visit. This is a great way to have your entire visit documented & saved on my chart. Great idea to have everything discussed available to refer back to. I was very impressed.

Only waited about 5 minutes in the waiting room before being called into the exam room. Dr Shoup showed up within 5 minutes. Excellent!!

Dr. Shoup and his nurses are always extremely patient, informative and helpful. I leave feeling very aware of my health and what I need to do to maintain my health. Dr. Shoup takes the extra time to listen to his patients concerns and give details responses that inform the patient in a respectful manner.

As always, Dr. Shoup provided compassionate care. He was prepared to answer my questions, had taken time to become informed about my newly diagnosed condition, and made me feel comfortable. His interaction with the student who was trailing him was commendable.

Dr. Shoup is the absolutely best Dr we have ever had, he really cares about his patients, he takes his time with my child and explains literally everything and every step of appointment. We can not express how grateful and happy we are having him as our children's doctor.
