Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Shoup has excellent bedside manner, is an attentive listener and displayed anatomy diagrams of the neck and shoulder with explanation of pain that I am experiencing. He displays exceptional patient care. His compassion approach and clear communication is noted and appreciated . Thank you!

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Shoup and his staff are excellent. I am consistently impressed with Dr. Shoup and every team member regarding their expertise, professionalism, kindness and attentiveness. Dr. Shoup is a not only an excellent physician, but he is also personable and easy to talk to. It’s a pleasure having him as my primary care physician.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Not a thing. As always, my visit was great.

The dr wanted to learn a bit about me as a person. He listened and was very detailed. His decisions I believe like adding Linzess will improve my health.

The support staff are just wonderful and friendly people! Doctor Shoup is very knowledgeable, Sensible, and practical! I appreciate that he trust what I say and is willing to come up with treatment plans that work for me and my needs!

Dr. Shoup is wonderful! He’s a great listener, empathetic, and always takes the time to explain things clearly. He has provided the same excellent care for both me and my son, and we feel heard and well cared for at our visits.

Dr Shoup made me feel comfortable. He was friendly and informed on the topics we discussed. I'm excited to have him as my primary care physician. The nursing staff was equally friendly and respectful.

Paul Shoup is an extraordinary PCP. My healthcare has been complicated for the past 1 1/2 years. He has played a very active role and has really taken the time to listen to me and explain things I do not understand. He has been beyond helpful and I am grateful for him.

i’m not sure there’s anything that I could point out that would’ve been better. It was a good visit as always not always happy about the outcome of the diagnosis, but that’s out of their control.
