Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Shoup is an excellent doctor. He is knowledgeable and has a manner that makes you feel at ease. As an example of how comfortable I am with him as a physician, my wife now see him. She was looking for a new doctor and I recommended him.

Everyone was friendly, approachable, well informed and treated me with respect and courtesy.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
The only negative was the 20+ minute late start to the appointment. They then called for me in and the dr came to the examination room very soon thereafter.

Dr John Shoup is an outstanding primary. My husband and I find him knowledgeable, efficient, caring and supportive. We feel most fortunate to have Dr Shoup as our primary.

Dr. Shoup has excellent bedside manner, is an attentive listener and displayed anatomy diagrams of the neck and shoulder with explanation of pain that I am experiencing. He displays exceptional patient care. His compassion approach and clear communication is noted and appreciated . Thank you!

Dr. Shoup and his staff are excellent. I am consistently impressed with Dr. Shoup and every team member regarding their expertise, professionalism, kindness and attentiveness. Dr. Shoup is a not only an excellent physician, but he is also personable and easy to talk to. It’s a pleasure having him as my primary care physician.

The support staff are just wonderful and friendly people! Doctor Shoup is very knowledgeable, Sensible, and practical! I appreciate that he trust what I say and is willing to come up with treatment plans that work for me and my needs!

Dr. Shoup is wonderful! He’s a great listener, empathetic, and always takes the time to explain things clearly. He has provided the same excellent care for both me and my son, and we feel heard and well cared for at our visits.
