This was my initial visit with Dr. Short and his staff. I felt very comfortable with Dr. Short and all of his staff. I appreciated that Dr. Short contacted me himself regarding my blood test results. Dr. Short took time to listen to my concerns and medical history. I am very satisfied with the services he and his staff provided.

Dr. Short ordered medications for me that have worked immediately. Jennifer contacted me to set up future appointments immediately. They are on top of everything it seems to me. I like that Dr. Short places orders for tests ahead of time. It is very convenient for me.

I had bloodwork also done the same day they’re in the building. I want to recognize the student phlebotomist that did my blood stick. She was excellent. I am a very hard stick. She was able to find me my vein with only two sticks I have before had sex before they were able to find a vein. There was no bruise left that has never happened before. Please make sure that this is put in her record.

Dr. Short is always kind and listens to me. He took time to examine the problem and ordered a prescription. He asked me to let him know within a week if I was doing better. He is a caring physician.

The nurses are top notch. They r kind and help to collect and distribute every concern and care. Dr T Short is a very pleasant and professional doctor, I was concerned at first but he has proven himself to be a very good doctor. Thank you to all. My dad and husband also see Dr W. Shade and we have always had an excellent relationship with him and his team also. We appreciate all the attention and care we receive from Genesis PrimeCare.
