I was very pleasantly surprised with the staff at the doctor's office. I thought that Ms. Raffington was terrific. All of the help was terrific. Getting upstairs was quite a challenge though. The receptionist had no idea where I could find the provider, sent me to the wrong floor. I waited forever for the elevator since I had to take them again. So the doctor's office was great. The hospital was less so.

Hi, I really think for this weight loss appointment, it should have been by video. I don't think the phone call was appropriate. I've been doing really well on the program, but I think for weight loss, it would have been helpful to have a video conference to be able to see the provider and talk. Also, I would just give a suggestion that the provider tries to connect patients with the nutritionist at Hackensack as part of the overall weight loss plan. Thank you.
