In regards, to Dr Velamakanni, I have great respect for her. She definitely knows who I am when she walks in the treatment room and is always fully aware of my medical conditions that extend beyond cardiology. She always speaks slowly and clearly and never seems bothered by my questions. I know she is always busy yet I never feel rushed and I like as she leaves the room she often gives me one last opportunity to ask a question. I also, like that she holds me accountable if I don't follow her instructions. Dr Velamakanni once told me "you have only one heart .

I believe Dr B is an excellent doctor. She is knowledgeable and experienced. Even when she has to encourage me to exercise, lose weight etc, she does it in a gentle and sometimes humorous way. I appreciate her way of doing things.

Dr Velamakanni is an outstanding professional (Cardiologist) with outstanding skills. She is highly regarded by other professionals. My family comprise of mostly doctors, and they did a lot of research to find her for me. She is exceptional. I wouldn’t consider seeing anyone else. I trust her, I like her, I feel safe in her care and know I am in exceptional hands.

Dr. Valemankani is an excellent doctor who has taken care of me since 2012. She is knowledgeable and watches for changes and acts on them. She is very proactive in her style of patient care.

I met Dr. Velamakanni six years ago when I was brought into NCH by ambulance with cardiac problems. Prior to that I lived elsewhere and went into the hospital normally twice a year for cardiac. Since then I have not been back to the hospital. Either I am damn lucky, (doubtful) or she's an excellent cardiologist. (YEAH!!!)

Dr. Velamakanni has to be the best cardiologist I have had in the past 30 years. She has managed to keep me out of the hospital longer than any of my previous cardiologists, and is a pleasure to have as a Dr. I will stay with her as long as she is willing to put up with me!
