Waiting in the exam room for 45 minutes is hard to accept as OK

You did everything well and there was nothing you could do to improve. How could one improve an excellent experience?

I just want to let you know I waited over two hours in the waiting room. Then when I went into the doctor's room, I waited another 45 minutes and then they had an intern or somebody come in and I waited again for the doctor. They didn't do anything for me. They sent me a prescription for my mouth that I went there for and my insurance wouldn't even cover the prescription so I ended up going there and I didn't get nothing done. Then they couldn't reschedule me another appointment because the doctors didn't have no openings for months. So I couldn't get another appointment with him. So I don't know about everybody's telling me I should get another doctor. So that's what I want to tell you. Goodbye.

I enjoyed the visit. Doctors were very pleasant and I can understand what the doctors were saying. I look forward to coming back for my medical checkups??

On time, comprehensive appointment. Entire staff helpful and professional.

This provider, as well as the medical student doctor, were phenomenal. They took way more time with me than I would have ever expected, and they really listened to what I have to say and reassured me on things. And their advice has made little corrections to even change my life for the better. So I'd give them a 20 out of 10 if I could. Thank you guys for everything.
