Very quick and convenient

Everyone was professional and kind. It was a good experience as always!

Physician did not show "due diligence" to make the visit productive. Was a new patient: Blood work put off for 1 month, no effort to contact physicians whose names/phone numbers were given. Mentioned not having time, stated would be better-prepared on next visit, did not fully review medications (eye drops for glaucoma not added to record of prescribed medications, or 2 supplements that were not prescribed. To be fair, I did not remember to mention these items to the resident, initially. They were "one and done!" I have 3 serious medical issues. It did not feel like my concerns were attended to, or warranted her interest. I sought and found another doctor.
