Dr. Shim did not make you feel hurried, was professional, friendly and gave explanations well regarding care.
Dr. Shims nurse went out of her way to be helpful and in doing so saved me an extra trip to the facility.

Dr. Shim is absolutely wonderful. He takes the time to make sure I understand everything taking place in my treatment plan, explaining on a level I can understand. Anything I'm uncertain about, he is patient and takes time to go through things with me until I do understand.
