Fast & professional but listened to my concerns & answered my questions

This was my first new patient appointment with Dr Chowdhury. She's very personable, professional and listens very attentively. We had a great discussion about my medical history, current status and future recommendations to stay healthy. She is extremely thorough and patient never rushing me and offering to answer any questions I might have. Highly recommend her!!!

I did like the new doctor. She did give me advice on my health like losing weight. I understand and will follow her directions. The staff were very helpful and understanding.

I really needed this appointment just to follow up on questions I had regarding why I went to urgent care recently and I felt like the provider brushed over my questions and concerns. It just felt really rushed and it got to a point where I felt like it was a waste of time.

My provider is very good. My provider helps me to understand my condition and treatment. If there is an issue, where I might need further assistance. My provider recommend where I should go for treatment.

Always a great experience at my care provider office

Yes, I had a very good experience from the time that I walked in. This was my first time as a new patient. The only thing that I would say is the day after I called and left a message to have Dr. Chowdhury call me back, but I haven't heard back from anybody. So I will be calling back tomorrow just to follow up with my message. That was the only thing I didn't hear back when I called and left the message. But other than that, everything was great. I'm happy that I've selected this provider and I'm looking forward to having Dr. Chowdhury as my doctor. Thank you.

Dr.Chowdhury was the first doctor to identify my AFIB. She saved my life.??

Having not been to this practice in sometime I was treated as a new patient and given a new primary Doctor who I could talk too and felt she was passionate about patient care!!! Like old school doctors would take the time to listen!!! Not rush you in and out like you were inconveniencing them.

Everyone was very cordial and polite. Made me feel at ease. Liked my doctor very much. Will continue my care with her.

Check in staff could use a refresher course to acknowledge patients/ anyone entering g the facility. Just because it one may not think it " their job or I was on break or some other issue" is no excuse to work as a team. If one person is designated to check patients in and is busy with another person, the other team mates standing behind the counter, out of respect, see that "assigned" individual is busy and merely greet the person standing there waiting for one of the many people behind the desk "kibitzing" to acknowledge them. How long does that simple gesture take? No one die that when I came in, the person in front of me was being helped. 3-4 individuals were behind the counter. One just completed helping someone on the side, upon finishing that task, walked over without looking up and proceeded to start another task, as I recall. One was sitting in front of a computer chatting with each other, the one who also had just finished checking in the person in front of me, continued what ever she may have been doing and still didn't look up to acknowledge I was standing there waiting. While at the same time walking over to the trio of other staff and covers I g with them briefly, no one acknowledging I was standing there waiting... no greeting, no "someone will be right with you" until I took it upon myself to boldly say "Hello", got everyone attention and was finally greeted. Two of the chatting three lefty the room And the one sitting at the computer turned and started paying attention to that terminal. The person apparently assigned to Check in gracefully acknowledged me. This in my most humble opinion is uncalled for. People entering g a practice where they are entrusting their care to s provider of any sort, deserve to be treated better so They will fill much more confident in the staff that is providing that service.... Any service! These days there is too much complacency. Let's all do better!

The front desk young lady not sure of name was wonderful.

I actually liked her a lot. I never saw her before and I thought she was very professional. She looked into my chart many times asking me questions as she read things. I have a follow appt with her on this Friday.
