I never liked going to the doctor because I always have High blood pressure, etc. however, when i found Shibani Tipnis I found her easy to talk to and she really seems to care.

I feel that she smiled and laughed but I came in for serious concerns. When my abnormal lab results started coming in, the followup was poor. I feel like the plan is to treat someone once the issue turns into a chronic disease instead of meeting a patient where they are at right now and helping pt to figure out what to do to not have abnormal labs

She always takes her time with me. She always exceeds the 20 minutes that I know is a general rule with appts. I don't mind if she is late sometimes for the appt. because I know she is helping other patients like she listens to me and tries very hard to help. Shabini is an asset to Trinity Health. She really takes the time to figure out what is going on, how she can help, and listens and hears what you are saying.

I don't have anything negative to say about Shibani, but wait times are too long in general. Whether it's over-booking or whatever the reason, it's not acceptable.I've had several appointments with my PCP where I have waited several hours and finally had to leave. This is not a good practice, as most of us have jobs, kids, etc. etc.
