I love the thought of his office being on the first floor with special parking. It makes walking to his office since we have mobility issues.

I can’t say enough good things about them. I have to travel about 30 -40 min to get there, but I feel that it is worthwhile. Whether on the phone or in person, my experience with every person there is wonderful. They make me feel valued and heard and always respond quickly.
