Nice, quiet, but not interactive with patient concerns. Bedside manner could be improved. Very little time spent on anything important in the appointments. Practice approaches appointments like they are rewarded for the more appointments you have to make.

Interactive discussion could be improved, rather than letting the patient talk about concerns and doctor not addressing them, and moving on to the next checklist item to get to the end of the appointment.

Dr. Teffend is such a great doctor! She is very nice and takes her time and is very knowledgeable. She is very easy to talk to. Also I can always get in for an appointment fairly quickly. I also love how I can make appointments online instead of waiting on the phone. Best doctor ever! Highly recommend!
