Nice, quiet, but not interactive with patient concerns. Bedside manner could be improved. Very little time spent on anything important in the appointments. Practice approaches appointments like they are rewarded for the more appointments you have to make.

Interactive discussion could be improved, rather than letting the patient talk about concerns and doctor not addressing them, and moving on to the next checklist item to get to the end of the appointment.

Dr Tefend has been my primary care physician for many years. I would never change. In fact, I drive over a half hour to continue seeing her since her office moved.

Dr. Teffend is such a great doctor! She is very nice and takes her time and is very knowledgeable. She is very easy to talk to. Also I can always get in for an appointment fairly quickly. I also love how I can make appointments online instead of waiting on the phone. Best doctor ever! Highly recommend!

Dr. Sherrie Tefend has been my primary care doctor for a little under 20 years. Throughout all of that time, my experience has been outstanding. She has a wonderful balance of listening to my concerns and attending to them directly while also addressing the larger picture of wellness and lifestyle changes associated with aging. Her medical advice and discussion of health issues are understandable, focused, and applicable.

Dr Tefend is the finest Physician in any system anywhere in the country. She is all Doctor but she is compassionate, understanding, truthful but kind. She tells it like it is but is gentle about it. She allows each individual to have their pwn opinions without being judgmental!!!!
