As usual, Mr. Kates greeted me by name in his usual pleasant manner and checked me in in short order. From there, every individual with whom I had contact was very effecient , friendly and professional in every respect. Ms Bouissey was very attentive to my comments relative to how I had been feeling and almost immediately arranged for a procedure which had previously provided so much welcome relief for my back pain. I felt as if I was their only patient. That alone was very comforting!!
