Ms. Shepherd (and Gillian,) were both efficient, professional, and polite, and both did a fine job during my visit. The only reason I did not give a perfect score is because she could have been a little clearer exactly what I should have done after leaving the office, other than a rather vague "find an endocrinologist and an opthamologist and get appointments," but that is my fault as much as anyone's. I should have asked her for more specific instructions before leaving.
