Dr Sheng demonstrated genuine interest in my case. She called ahead of the visit to get some information she needed. She came to our first visit prepared to discuss my case and options.

Dr. Sheng was very informative and respectful to me and my accompanying people (one in person, one via phone), answering all our questions fully and clearly. She stayed as long as we had questions, ordered some follow-up blood work, before continuing on to treatment possibilities.

This was an initial appointment and Dr. Sheng wanted to answer my questions, listened to them and acted in a caring manner, as did her assistant.
