He was a complete gentleman.He told us who he was ,shook our hands Then he took his time to listen to what was going on Then he give me suggestions and set up test to help get to the problem.He made sure I understood everything before I left.

Dr. Sheng is very kind and caring. I never feel rushed when I have an appointment with him and he is always thorough to make sure my health is stable with no new events. This is hard to find in a physician.

He is the greatest. On-time to get the appointment started. Asks questions and really listens to my answers. Very upbeat and reassuring. He gives me confidence I am getting excellent care and if I am having any problems he will be there to take care of me.

This was our first appointment with Dr. Sheng. He is taking over my husband's care after the departure of Dr. Rao. We were very pleased with Dr. Sheng. You could tell that he had taken the time to review my husband's medical history. He asked pertinent questions, gave suggestions of things for my husband to work on, and spoke using terms that were easy to understand. He was warm and friendly. Dr. Rao left us in very capable hands!
