Dr. Shen is very knowledgeable regarding menopause. She is very thorough and informative. I felt very comfortable discussing my concerns with her. She took the time to listen to me and addressed my concerns. I did mot feel rushed at all.

Dr. Shen is the first doctor I've seen who is qualified to address perimenopausal symptoms and treatment. For the first time in years, I felt validated and cared for, and confident that someone finally understands how to treat me during this phase of my life. She listens, she is compassionate and she is very competent.

I was very pleased with this appointment. Dr Shen asked great questions that helped identify what needed to be addressed. She also read through my medical history prior to the appointment and she identified potential problems that other providers have overlooked. I was impressed with her knowledge and expertise.

She is down-to-earth, and excellent listener, and thorough in her comprehensive review of my history, current health concerns, and future goals. Wen Shen is the best. She learned about and became both competent and comfortable in providing care for my unusual diagnosis. She was always supportive and caring. I'm sad that she no longer will be able to provide clinical care. I appreciate the time she is taking to find another provider for me who will be both technically competent and interpersonally skilled as well as comfortable caring for me.
