Nicole Shen provides excellence in not only her medical knowledge, but in her treatment of her patient(s). Never have I felt rushed by her, in fact, just the opposite. Dr. Shen took plenty of time asking questions as well as listening to my response.

Dr. Shen is what a doctor should be. She listens, she analyzes, she asks many questions and she makes me feel that she truly cares about my health issues and is sincere. She is a rare gem.
