Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr Schen and her entire front office staff are absolutely amazing at what they do. It’s clear everyone loves their job!
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Not one thing different. Very professional, friendly and helpful!

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Shen is truly “top drawer”. Everyone in that office is very professional. The young lady who checked me out was delightful.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Not a thing, unless you could clone these women with their wonderful attitudes and professionalism.

The entire staff! Everyone was so welcoming and polite,. I always have a great experience when I come to visit Dr Shen

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
I have many doctors, but Dr Shenn is the only one that listens and finds the answers. I would recommend anyone to her because I know she will get to the bottom of the problem. She is the best doctor I have out of all of them.

Nothing! This is my favorite Drs. Office to visit. I actually look forward to it because of the staff. Dr Shen and staff are great assets to your hospital.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
I see my doctor every time and she’s amazing, but I do love seeing the rotation of nurses and office staff when I come. They seem to really care about me and how I’m doing. I couldn’t ask for anything better.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
The only thing was the wait time was longer than normal. It’s probably because it was an appointment in the middle of the day but i honestly didn’t mind.

Everyone was excellent and excellent. Dr. Shen is wonderful she's very thorough and listens to my concerns. The MA I think her name was Kim she was excellent also. Front desk lady was excellent as well can't think of her name

I really like Dr. Shen as my GI doctor. She is very attentive and direct.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
I am so grateful I chose Dr. Shen and her staff for my GI care. Dr.Shen provides excellent care and listening skills. She is personable and easy to talk to. She always goes the extra step to make sure you understand your treatment options inclusive of personally contacting me if she feels there is something else I need to consider with regard to my treatment. Dr. Shen is someone I would highly recommend to others. Her office staff was wonderful as well and treated me with great kindness during my visit. I look forward to continuing my treatment through Dr. Shen and her staff. Thank you to all of you!

Dr. Shen’s listening skills are outstanding. Never felt rushed or talk down to. She addressed my concerns that were outside her area of expertise, which provided me with the type care I expect and deserve. She even showed the utmost respect to my husband who had a few questions of his own. She’s not just an excellent doctor, she’s a phenomenal human being. The kind of person you would want as as friend.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
I love the G.I staff. Dr. Shen is all around amazing. It obviously she cares about me and knows my case very well. I’ve been working with her for a while and don’t want to ever have to part ways. She literally goes above and beyond every single time. And this is coming from having bad experiences with doctors that specialize in my condition. I’m so glad to have met her and the team because they make sure I’m not just another patient. Love them so much! Thank y’all for everything.
