I did not know that there was a doctor that takes care of my diabetes. She was friendly and my care was important to her. She discussed a care plan that she would like for me to follow that was truly important to me. I didn't know what to expect but I was glad to know she cared about my health and that made me feel like I made the right decision to come to the SSM system for my health care.
