Dr Brownstein was quite personable and handled my initial office visit with great care and concern. In my experience, a cardiologist is one specialist I’d like to know BEFORE I need him/her in an emergency. He checked my RX’s, agreed with my PCP and I was on my way! I also enjoyed chatting with him about his work at the University of Iowa! Go Hawkeyes!

As a patient and nurse, I cannot praise this physician enough! His care was of the highest caliber clinically and compassionately. He sat down, provided me with eye contact, unlimited time and answered all my questions. This made me feel seen, heard and understood. I left the appointment uplifted and hopeful. I haven’t been treated this well as a patient in many years! I am so grateful that I found Dr Brownstein. He is a rare gem in this time of healthcare. With much gratitude!

When many other doctors failed to diagnose my problem, Dr. Brownstein diagnosed and set up quick path for surgical intervention. I think he is God sent. Wish all doctors took time and interest in patients like he does. If other doctors were as engaged as he is, patients would be better served, and caring would remain a part of health care.
