Third time rescheduling test was a positive. The second time they had to reschedule. I left work go up to the clinic for my appointment and was told (appt on Thursday) they tried to call on Tuesday to reschedule. I was at work all week and never received a notice. I believe they should have tried more than once to get a hold of me to reschedule. Everything worked out and I am thankful for what they have done in the past and hope to continue with Mercy One.

Appointment was at 11 a.m. she came in to visit with me at 11:40 a.m. talked about my meds, reordered them for a year. We talked about her growing family and she walked me to the receptionest,I made an appointment for the year and left. The CMA did vitals,EKG,very professional. I left before 12:00 p.m.
