She is phenomenal. She treats me with such respect. She listens to me. She understands where I am physically at 70 years old, and I think she's phenomenal.

Sheila was very, very helpful to me. I was able to see her and talk with her. We had a great conversation. I would come back to her very happily and I hope that I can. Thank you.

The office staff was very polite and professional. Sheila Kohler is an excellent physician. She listens. She has great suggestions. She is very sympathetic and is very attuned to my needs and I would highly recommend her.

I truly look forward to my doctor appointment now. Sheila Kohl is the best nurse practitioner I have ever seen. Professional and so loving she actually cares about me and I am never rushed. I hope she stays a good long time.

Sheila Kohl is compassionate and listens to all my medical concerns. She communicates effectively and provides handouts to support the direction the patient needs to take.

It was a good exam, explaining, answering questions, checking BP, medications, answering questions.
I left feeling I had a very thorough exam.

The provider was impatient, talked over me as I was answering questions and explaining concerns. She compared my situation to her own, and didn’t seem to be knowledgeable enough to help.

Sheila Cole is the most caring compassionate health care provider i have ever been to. I never feel rushed and I always feel well informed of my care.

It was horrible. She would not listen to what I had to say. She would not stop talking about herself and her families illness’. Was not polite in greeting or otherwise. Her opening statement was “what are you doing here?”
In summary, she was unprofessional, did not listen and did not care. Worst of all, I still have unresolved issues from this visit. I will not be back to see her or that group. I have been a patient there for years and this visit was inappropriate and disappointing.

The Dr was obviously behind and rushing through as fast as possible. She was very short, and flat out rude the entire time. She left the office before I even knew what I was supposed to do. I had to read the paperwork I was given to find out what, if any scripts I was supposed to get. I didn't know I had a follow up appointment scheduled until I saw it in the patient portal. I felt like an inconvenience to the Dr during the entire visit. Once this particular issue is resolved I don't plan on returning to this office unless I'm able to get a different Dr.

I am always amazed in how the staff and doctors treat me as a long time patient. I brag to anyone who isn’t being cared for by my Saint Luke’s care team.

I really like Sheila Kohl. She is down to earth, easy to talk to, and we seem to have a lot in common. I enjoy talking to her and she is knowledgeable and helpful.

Sheila Kohl is excellent at listening carefully to all your concerns. Went over all the care I'd had during this time. Made recommendations and if I need any follow up let her know. Very kind & caring. She's a keeper.
