The nurse and receptionist were very kind and caring. The nurse practitioner did not spend more time with me than she had to one more than one occasion she got ready to end the appointment until myself or my friend who was with me to help me advocate for myself would stop her and ask her to please listen and help find some way to figure out what's going on with me
