Receptionist were friendly and greeted me as soon as I walked in the building. My Dr receptionist was friendly and polite when she asked me questions. Nurse was friendly and had a great attitude. My Dr is always professional and always has feedback about my health and has a plan to do better!

She is very thorough, she doesn’t rush, and she makes sure that all of my questions and concerns are fulfilled before she leaves the room. I always leave feeling comfortable that my needs were met. She’s always very positive and you get the sense that she truly cares. This means a lot to me since I did transfer from another physician due to the lack of all of the above so I feel very lucky that I found Sheila Patterson. She was referred to me by my mother, who feels the exact same way about her that I do after my mother saw the lack of care I was receiving she was shocked, and highly requested that I transfer over to Dr. Moreland’s office so that I could see Sheila Patterson and I have been pleased ever since.
