I believe Dr. Shay is very knowledgeable. I'm always hopeful that he will suggest new ideas for treatment for me, rather than do the same treatment each time.

Dr. Shay is kind. Gives you the information you need to make an informed decision. He is warm and friendly---and enters the room with a smile and a personal greeting. As a patient I feel confident in my Dr. I trust him ...and I feel good when I am there. I would not go to anyone else!!!

He is absolutely the best! I drive over from Galesburg specifically to see him and will not see any other podiatrist now that I have been treated by Dr. Shay.

Dr. Shea listens to my issues and provides advice and excellent care. I have been seeing Dr. Shea for over 15 years. I was so happy to see that he was staying in the quad cities because he provided me excellent care.

Never enough time spent with doctors. They are too busy and there appears to be no way to change this.

I will always recommend him to family friends or anybody that I hear are having any issues that he’s an expert at and I will also and have done in the past have contacted him to recommend a physician that General does different types of carefor family members and he has done that again. I thank him for that.
