The whole office is courteous and professional. No long wait to be seen and I never feel Shawn is rushing through the appointment as so many do now. So easy to share my concerns and he is a great listener as well. Always come away feeling very cared for.

I really like that the provider listens to me and allows me to have a say in my care. And is willing, within reason, to try different things in regards to my care. BUT I still won't recommend him to any one. I'm selfish that way.

Dr Allen Shawn, is the most caring doctor I've seen in a long time. He didn't seem like he was in a hurry to get me out of the room, took his time and explained everything in detail. I wish he could train some of the other doctors what respect for the patient means. Thank you

I'm sure he's a very good PA. I don't know him well enough yet to gauge him. I don't mean to be critical; it's simply that the news he's given to me is a very hard pill to swallow. Please tell him I'm sorry if I'm being a difficult patient.

Mr. Allen not only treats my physical symptoms. He works with me to help me with my overall health so I can improve my whole body. Including mental health which also improves my pulmonary health. I know it’s a little extra time, however nutrition and exercise matter to my pulmonary status. Thank you

He is an active listener. Comes up with a plan and explains it well! Until I understood. To alleviate my fears explained there are more options if that was not perfect. He heard that I was feeling a bit hopeless after a lifetime of difficulty.
