Shawn Allen listens to you. Explains what is going on with your health issues in an understandable way. Shawn tells you if there are options for treatment and explains why one might be a better choice than another. I like his approach. I did not feel pressured for time.

The doctor was thorough in explaining what he felt was the problem. He listened to all my concerns and answered each one.

I appreciate the ability of the office workers to get an appointment in a very short time. They also went over and beyond what was expected of them checking on a referral for me to see a specialist which had been delayed because of being sent to the wrong department and getting me set up with an appointment at the other office!!
