He is always so upbeat when he enters the room. I love that he keeps eye contact with you and he is always so nice. He explains things so that I can understand and he asks me if I have any questions I need to ask him. He wants to make sure I understand. I really like him and appreciate being treated with respect. Many doctors make you feel like you are being scolded for this reason or that. He doesn't judge me for having been a smoker ( I recently quit since this illness). He gives me the best treatment for me and my situation. I am glad he is directing my care.

When you say provider i always see someone from phoebe pulmonology but it may be a different doctor

Excellent health care provider. Very knowledgeable, and caring. He wxplained meds condition etc. Answered all questions. Was not in a rush to finish. Walked me to the check out office. I really liked him. You did well when you hired him.caring

P.A. Shaun Cook was very, very helpful. I can honestly say that out of all of my visits to the office, he was the only one who was informative and really explained things to me about why I was a patient there. That being said because I have not "seen" Dr. Rao since 2020. Mr. Cook was a welcomed surprised.
