Everyone I saw was very courteous & attentive to my needs & questions. One of the persons at the front desk offered to print out a script for me. She sent it out later that day!

The doctor was the best

My appointment was for a Medicare physical. I did not receive any hands on examination such as listening to my heart, breathing and ears/throat/nose. Shouldn't these be included in a physical? I left thinking that this physical was a complete waste of my time. Besides this, I had a routine prescription filled but it wasn't the normal medication or dosage.

My experience was very positive. The doctor spent a good deal of time explaining different options available to me. She listened patiently, involved me in all matters. Her manner was very down to earth & non-preachy. I left my appointment with a good feeling about choosing this doctor.

Too many notifications and survey requests. 7pm friday night survey robocall ridiculous. 1 reminder a week out and 1 night before would be sufficient by text. Multiple phone calls, txts and emails is too much. I hate surveys! Doc was great.

It was a little difficult to follow the doctor's instructions concerning medication use when I was getting my ear clean out by the nurse at the same time. Too much going on at the same time. Instructions being given by doc and flushing of ear at same time. Tough situation.

Everyone in the office was wonderful and friendly. Dr. Naik is Excellent. She's very thorough, compassionate and listens very carefully. She's absolutely wonderful! I trust her with my care!

I am very happy with my doctor. She is attentive and very professional. She listens to what you want to communicate. The nurse who took my vitals was excellent as well. And the receptionist was very nice. From the time I entered the facility to when I left everyone was great. And it all took 30 minutes at the most. I am very pleased with their service.
