Everything! The front office girls are very friendly and welcoming when you come in, they are attentive and make you feel like you matter. The positive energy that they all display is contagious but Jessie is one that will surely brighten your day. Her immediate care, concern and knowledge of the patients is impressive. I have sat in the waiting room many times in the new and old office watching her greet each individual with the same attentiveness that I would want not only for myself but even my grandmother. She is a gem at that office. Dr. Acevedo has been a God send to me and my health care, very sad that she is leaving. My previous Baptist Family Practice made me very cautious when looking for a new physician and there is a night and day difference between the two. I am so glad I made the move almost 3 years ago. I have referred others to this practice including my husband who sees another physician. It is easy to refer people to a place where you feel welcome, that your health care matters and that you are not just a number for the day.

The staff was very personable and attentive. Very pleasant attitudes The office seemed organized with hardly any wait time to see my doctor. The office it self was clean and waiting area was patient friendly. The location is convenient for me. As a new patient I was very happy with my first experience with this facility. And my doctor was great also.

Charmaine is absolutely a ray of sunshine. She is so efficient, while being so very caring..all in the lead up to Dr. A...the best PCP I have ever had. I drive 30 miles to be in her care, and tell people all the time how amazing she is.
