It was very frustrating getting the initial appointment booked. At first, I was told the wait time for an initial appointment would be 1 year. However, after further discussion, the clinic was able to squeeze me in last minute. At the clinic, the staff were all extremely friendly, particularly the nurse practitioner I saw. After the appointment, we were able to adjust my next visit to 3 months away in-person.

NP was very thorough and attentive to my health issue. NP is taking steps to resolve my concerns with health issues, blood test and X-rays. Frankly feel more positive with NP care than my primary care physician who I can’t see when needed.

CRNP Sharon is a great health provider. She was very prepared for my follow-up visit. She asked good questions and listened carefully to my answers. I was able to get my flu shot, as well.

Having spent 35 yrs in healthcare, I continue to be impressed with the following:
1. Promptness of rooming and adherence to appointment times
2. Efficiency and friendliness of CNAs, phlebotomists etc.
3. Experience, wisdom and compassion of MDs and CRNPs
4. Responsive front desk
5. Efficient reporting of test results, messaging in portal, calling in RX
