Dr. Su is so good at determining what my situation is and telling me what I can do to handle it if it requires an injection or if it requires other means of working out a problem. Just last time she gave me an alternative way of dealing with some pain I was having And I went home and tried it and it worked! I was very grateful for that.

Kaitlyn @ the front desk is always so amazing and pleasant. She is such a bright smiling face and brings positivity to the office. Nic is great and always bring my back in a timely manner. Dr. Su has been fantastic and has finally given me relief after 10 years of chronic low back/sciatica. I appreciate this team SO much.

I left [ ] that I have and Dr Su exceeds my expectations. She listens carefully and obviously read my chart and did her homework before my visit saving us both time. What a blessing to years of [ ] that I and my family have been experiencing! There is still a long ways to go, and much work on my part, but with her guidance and that of Dr [ ],, life looks hopeful once again.

The team and Dr Su are personable! This is important as it gets very exhausting explaining pain and hoping people will treat you with courtesy. I usually avoid speaking about [ ] as it’s always been a scenario where I feel I have to prove or explain myself. Dr Su listens and explains the pros and cons when I explain I do or don’t want to do something. This is extremely helpful. I’m a woman very uncomfortable in my [ ]. Just when I think I’ve finally fixed or addressed an ailment, historically, something new occurs. As a result, my body doesn’t look as [ ]. Dr Su is patient with that and works with me. I appreciate her bedside manner and how considerate she is about my trying to preserve my dignity.

Dr Su was very friendly and personable. I really felt she cared about me and was dedicated to resolving my symptoms (which she did). Lorraine and the lady at the front desk were so very welcoming. This is the best doctor’s offices I’ve been to since being in Reno. Bravo!

She does her homework…knows my history and recognizes that not all people are the same. My primary care doctor ([ ]) also is this way. My confidence in these two physicians is huge, unfortunately not the same with most of my other past physicians. I'm just thrilled that I'm under the care of these two doctors.
