Shannon is a very caring person and PA, I don't feel like a number with her at all. I love her dearly and she helps me greatly with my diabeties.

I really like Shannon Thompson. She’s very friendly always greets you with a smile. Explains things if I don’t understand something. All around nice person.

Shannon always is smiling. She takes the time to listen to me and understand my needs and the issues im going through. She lets me know when I've gotten off course and helps get me back on track with my diabetes. She's the best! Her nurses are great too!
