Shannon Scarbrough is the best primary care giver I've had. She is present and engaged. best of all she hears me and honors who I am and my thinking.

Dr. Shannon Scarbrough understands totally that because of my age, I don't want to go for a bunch of testing anymore. Her personality with me me is very agreeable to me. Her bedside manner is excellent. I don't want to lose her as my doctor.

We love Renown. We love Shannon. We've enjoyed being able to come up there, but for some reason now, UnitedHealth is not going to work with Renown, and that's really making us not happy.

My provider and the staff and exceptional. But the office waiting area was filled with sick people waiting for Urgent Care. As an elderly person with a life threatening immune condition, seeing my provider for related reasons, I was very nervous with people coughing all around me while I waited for my appointment. There should be a separate area for urgent care patients who have contactable conditions. They do not belong where primary care patients are waiting, and they do not belong where lab patients are waiting. My blood pressure was high because of the stress in the waiting room.

I simply love the urgent care and clinic in Golden Valley here in Nevada. It is perfect. The people from the front of the desk all the way to the back. They're caring. They listen to you. They do their job above and beyond. They are so wonderful. Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful. I tell them about my clinic all the time and I said I would rather go to my clinic than to the hospital. For anything, I'll go there first and then go to the hospital because I trust them first.

I always feel as though both Elias and Shannon genuinely care about their patients.

I had a good visit with Shannon and she was going to have me take Flomax to help with the constant problem of having to urinate several times through the night. The only problem is the prescription was not submitted to my pharmacy. I need Shannon to submit the prescription

My family and I absolutely love having all of our providers and staff at the Renown North Hills location. My provider, Shannon Scarbrough has been my PCP for the last year and she is fantastic, she is thorough and seems to generally care about my concerns and wellbeing.

The provider was excellent however her nurse I discussed having my urine tested I was having issues. He made a label put it on the urine cup, walked me to the restroom and told me where to put it when I was finished. He never told the provider or put it in the notes so it got discarded without testing it.
