Shannon is beyond excellent!!! She listens, answers and explains. It is great to have a primary who cares so much. The entire staff is always friendly, helpful and welcoming. I always recommend Renown and this location.

Shannon took the time to fully understand the problem and come up with a workable solution. She went out of her way to provide some paperwork that we needed and was kind and personable throughout the visit. I'm glad she is my PCP.

First visit with Dr. Scarbrough and I liked her very much. Also her intern which I believe was either Jessica or Jennifer, can't remember for sure which name it was. She was great!

I feel that I had the best exam when I went in to see Dr. Scarbrough, and she was absolutely wonderful. I just love her. Thank you for recommending her to me. And I would advise anybody to go see her if they needed to. Thank you.

I live in the North Valleys in Reno. It's so awesome to have this facility so close and we don't to drive into Reno. ?

Shannon Scarbrough is very patient and really listens to me. She always tries to find alternative ways to treat me, not just with medicine. She encourages me to live a healthier lifestyle and take good care of myself. I feel very lucky to have her as my provider.

Shannon Scarbrough is absolutely amazing! I was looking to establish with a new primary doctor and the last one I tried was not a good experience. I felt judged at the last one for things that I was already there to discuss and get help with, which made for a poor experience. Shannon Scarbrough was exactly the opposite. My daughter had seen her a few weeks back and I really liked her then so figured I'd try her as well. Both her and the medical assistance were absolutely amazing. They listened, didn't judge, and provided the recommendations, referrals and help that I was looking for. Great experience!
