My nurse was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. I’m terrible at names but my provider was one of the most empathetic medical professionals I have met. Because of the experience I remember her name. Shannon R. Scarbrough, she listened to my concerns and spent time asking questions and working with me to address my concerns and got me on a road to recovery. she will be my primary care doctor from now on and I’m stoked! Something about a provider actually caring is refreshing. Can’t recommend her enough. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They made my visit very convenient due to inclement weather and changed it to a virtual appointment. Shows they care about the safety of their patients. Shannon is always so wonderful! She is caring, compassionate, and always is knowledgeable about her plan of care! She is my favorite provided I’ve seen within Renown North Hills.

The nurse who took me back to the room was very kind and conversational. And Shannon, the attending physician or head nurse, was also very kind and attentive. And I felt like it was a good experience and I got the care that I needed.

Shannon and Donavan were fantastic. They gave me time to express my current medical issue and listened with great care. Shannon did a complete assessment due to my extensive cardiac history. I couldn't have asked for more.

Yeah, just a comment was that Shannon Scarborough is awesome. She's a very good doctor, very thorough, very personable. I just feel like you guys need to have more providers there to help to schedule appointments. Appointments to get in are really far out. It took me three months to get an appointment. And so I think another care provider to help Shannon with her load and her patience would be great. And that was awesome. Thank you.

Shannon Scarbrough is an excellent provider. She listens well, shows care, does not rush you through the appointment. Shannon is very knowledgeable about all aspects of medical care and has been absolutely correct about every diagnosis she has given me. I am very pleased with the clinic and Renown hospital in general.
