Shannon is amazing! I know I only see her once a year but every time I see her, I feel very confident that she remembers my medical history and my concerns from the last visit. She is very knowledgeable and I have confidence in her skill set.

Shannon Scarbrough is just amazing. She is kind, friendly and listens to concerns. I have finally found a PA that cares about her patients. The staff is kind, friendly, and fast. Well worth the 1 hour drive to get to apt.

Dr. Shannon is an excellent, compassionate primary care doctor. Because of my health concerns, she took time to listen, comfort me and explain everything clearly. Here kindness and reassurance truly help my anxiety. She even gave me a hug even i was an emotional. And that meant so much to me. I felt genuinely cared for as a patient. Thank you, Doctor Shannon, for your professionalism, compassion, and outstanding care.

Shannon Scarbrough, A.P.R.N. is an absolute pleasure to have met. She's attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. She listens to her patients without making patients feel rushed and shows that she truly cares about the person as a whole. This was my first experience using Renown for primary care, and I booked an appointment with the provider that had the earliest available appointment in the greater Reno/Sparks area. I feel like I hit the lotto that she was the one that just happened to have an opening. The clinic is a bit of a drive from my home, but Shannon makes it worthwhile. If there's any way to ensure she gets recognition for her great care, please let me know! She deserves it!
