I simply love the urgent care and clinic in Golden Valley here in Nevada. It is perfect. The people from the front of the desk all the way to the back. They're caring. They listen to you. They do their job above and beyond. They are so wonderful. Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful. I tell them about my clinic all the time and I said I would rather go to my clinic than to the hospital. For anything, I'll go there first and then go to the hospital because I trust them first.

Everybody there was very kind and Shannon Scarborough is the best. She goes over everything with a fine tooth comb. And when you leave there, you know exactly what you were there for and how to take care of it. Excellent, excellent APRN. Excellent, excellent service.

I would like to give a special shout out to Elias, the medical assistant, for always being so kind and welcoming whenever I see him. Another shout out to Shannon Scarbrough, A.P.R.N. for always being kind and taking the time to listen to patient concerns. I always feel as though both Elias and Shannon genuinely care about their patients.

I had a good visit with Shannon and she was going to have me take Flomax to help with the constant problem of having to urinate several times through the night. The only problem is the prescription was not submitted to my pharmacy. I need Shannon to submit the prescription

My family and I absolutely love having all of our providers and staff at the Renown North Hills location. My provider, Shannon Scarbrough has been my PCP for the last year and she is fantastic, she is thorough and seems to generally care about my concerns and wellbeing.

The provider was excellent however her nurse I discussed having my urine tested I was having issues. He made a label put it on the urine cup, walked me to the restroom and told me where to put it when I was finished. He never told the provider or put it in the notes so it got discarded without testing it.

Shannon is beyond fabulous! I am so happy that I have her as my primary care. She listens, she spends time with her patients and she discusses the treatment and the next steps. A true gem!! The medical staff and intake staff are friendly and helpful

Shannon is the most personable and responsive provider I have ever had in my entire life. I am so lucky that she is a part of my care team. And the staff at this location specifically have always been kind and helpful. I first met Shannon in 2022. She is a God-send! I was going through depression after losing my husband in 2021 after 40 years of marriage. My depression lead to physical issues that, with Shannon's guidance, have been addressed and corrected. She also referred me to an amazing therapist and nutritionist. When I walk out of the office, I feel confident in my health and my routine to keep it that way. And I don't remember his name, but whoever it is that I talked to first in the exam room before seeing Shannon was just as kind and knowledgeable. Renown did so well by my late husband -- even when he passed from COVID complications -- the hospital staff was amazing! So thank you Renown. I'm no longer fearful of going to a medical professional!

When I visit Shannon Scarbrough, I am always treated with courtesy, respect, and overall professionalism by her and her nurse's aide, Elias. They always show genuine concern about my health. Ms. Scarbrough has been my primary care physician for approximately the last 3 years and I appreciate her continuing to see patients at the North Valleys location.

Dr. Shannon is an excellent, compassionate primary care doctor. Because of my health concerns, she took time to listen, comfort me and explain everything clearly. Here kindness and reassurance truly help my anxiety. She even gave me a hug even i was an emotional. And that meant so much to me. I felt genuinely cared for as a patient.
