Doctor Kusiak is so easy to talk to, she listens without judgement and explains things easily. I feel very lucky to be one of her patients!

Super hard to get in with but worth the wait if you do not have something immediate. She has been good at communicating with the call center to get her long standing patients in sooner. Been with her since she started and am glad that she was my doctor during the covid craziness. Good listener, very personal and never minds my many questions. She is busy so I try to keep my chatty self to a minimum but she is good at giving me cues in a non rushed or non abrupt manner that we are finished and she needs to move on. Other Doctors tend to be more abrupt and leave you hanging with questions but not Dr. Kusiak in my experience.

she listens and actually discusses things with me where it puts me in the position of having a say in my own health vs Drs who just tell you what they think you should do then get frustrated when you question it, even when your question is legitimate. Dr. Kusiak always works with my many questions and treats me as if they are important.

Dr Kusiak listens carefully to all my concerns and addresses them all. She never makes me feel like I’m wasting her time and gives me options on how to proceed

Thank you as always, Dr. Kusiak! I feel there is always room for improvement as I too work in healthcare,.....however, it is hard to find anywhere this applies to Dr. Kusiak! I guess keep staying on top of the latest & greatest (real research & medicine - wink wink)which then transfers into the wonderful care you have always provided to all of your patients.
