I really liked Shannon, but the whole experience has left me with a bad taste in my mouth. All my tests were normal. That could have been conveyed over the phone without wasting my time or the provider’s time. Also, I gave the staff a week’s notice that I needed approval for a new treatment I was starting. We received two different excuses as to why it wasn’t done causing me to waste time and gas traveling to a treatment I could not receive. In addition, I received no communication about the delay, and it was four days before I received any response from my My Chart message that didn’t even answer my question. I’ve never dealt with such an inefficient office. But Shannon was great! I really liked her.
