This is my humble opinion ; in my opinion UAB system of medical professionals are the best in the state of Alabama. I’m always looking forward to seeing my doctors and their team when I have appointments. The place is clean and the environment is friendly and respectful.

Clinic was able to work me in on short notice, I was brought back quickly, and my provider listened to my concerns, offered options, and helped get me a referral that I needed.

The clinic was quick to get me in with the nurse practicioner of Dr [ ]. They were able to get me a sonogram the same day at UAB. I consider that excellent care.

I waited more than 10 hours to see a physician. Your staff wouldn't give me OTC Tylenol to ease my pain and I couldn't breathe. I felt like Whittaker / UAB was unconcerned and unorganized.

The check in process is easy, the people are very nice and helpful, and the medical personnel are fantastic. I was also delighted to know that there is a lab at Whittaker so I didn't have to go over to Kirklin.
