We are so happy to have a Dermatologist at RGH. She was extremely efficient but left time for questions. We had skin samples sent off but do not have results yet.

As always,everyone is more than helpful. Staff always smile and take their time. Love the girls in registration. Only flaw is, I am still waiting on billing to return my calls from last month and again several times this month.

I was to be scheduled with the Dr and surprised to be seen with a nurse practitioner. She did give me a prescription and spoke to the doctor about my problems taking pictures to show. She made me feel comfortable, I liked that.

Well, I keep her busy with the things that I do because I’m still a big old kid. She’s very kind respectful believes what you say and we’ll find the problem. I had a back injury for 35 years. She listened to me sent me out. I no longer have back pain issues now I have a leg issue for my motorcycle deal, but my back and the pain was done, and that was from her sending me to a surgeon

Really nothing maybe cupcakes and cookies. I mean, she took care of business.

From the receptionist, to the MA, to the NP...all were great!! No waiting time...fast into the room and fast exam and treatment. Procedure was close to painless. Super friendly people!

I am in awe. Shanna and her staff. They are awesome. I have never felt rushed,stupid,or unimportant they treat me as I am a millionaire and I pay for their time. They are the best. Her assistant, every office needs someone as compassionate as she is

Shanna takes her time to listen and cares more than any other provider I have seen. She is involved and knowledgeable. RGH is lucky to have such an excellent provider at their facility. Her assistant Santi is equally as excellent. She is kind and caring, quick and responsive to all questions and requests.

The Nurse that pulled me back I don't remember her name but she looked me in my eyes when speaking to me and she smiled and was very pleasant and curious, I hope she attends me when I come back for my follow 6
