From the receptionist, to the MA, to the NP...all were great!! No waiting time...fast into the room and fast exam and treatment. Procedure was close to painless. Super friendly people!

I am in awe. Shanna and her staff. They are awesome. I have never felt rushed,stupid,or unimportant they treat me as I am a millionaire and I pay for their time. They are the best. Her assistant, every office needs someone as compassionate as she is

Shanna takes her time to listen and cares more than any other provider I have seen. She is involved and knowledgeable. RGH is lucky to have such an excellent provider at their facility. Her assistant Santi is equally as excellent. She is kind and caring, quick and responsive to all questions and requests.

The Nurse that pulled me back I don't remember her name but she looked me in my eyes when speaking to me and she smiled and was very pleasant and curious, I hope she attends me when I come back for my follow 6

The wait was a little long as expected on a Saturday but I didn’t mind it given that the staff was welcoming and the provider took care of everything I was concerned about! Very positive experience overall!

The young lady that checked me in was very patient and kind. Then my Dr's assistant was just very caring and helpful. my wait time was minimal. My Doctor was the best.
