Everything! Shanna and her nurse Santi are amazing! I was nervous and they knew and really helped me feel better! All the people I’ve met at RGH clinics have been outstanding

I had appointments for two different days and they combined seeing me in one day, which was greatly appreciated.

Yes, Shanna is such a loving and caring doctor. One can tell that she's so kind and cares about my needs. We are so BLESSED to have her not only as a doctor, but now a dermatologist. I would recommend her to everyone.

I like that Shanna took the time to freeze the small spots that I had that looked suspicious, instead of waiting to see if they became a problem. She was very clear about watching the spots to see if they returned. I went in expecting the worst since I’ve already had a melanoma removed from my ear, but after seeing Shanna I felt very relieved.

I was very happy with the care and service I received. The doctor and her nurse were both incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. They took the time to explain everything about the procedure and patiently answered all of my questions, which made me feel comfortable and well-informed throughout the entire visit. What stood out most was that they never seemed rushed. They gave me their full attention, listened carefully to my concerns, and made sure I understood every step of the process. At the same time, everything was completed efficiently and in a timely manner. Overall, I had an excellent experience and am very grateful for the outstanding care I received. I would highly recommend this doctor to anyone seeking compassionate and professional medical care, and I look forward to bringing my family members to see her as well. Thank you for providing such a positive experience!

I like to think that there is always room for improvement, but in this case, I truly had an excellent experience.

I can say after a week since my visit with Shanna that everything has healed nicely and without pain or infections or any complications whatsoever. The prescription was accurate for the length of recovery and type of risks. Shannon was not the initial doctor who made the incision though. And that doctor was also amazing. Hard to spell her name but I'll try. [ ]? [ ]? Anyway. Both doctors are amazing.

Can't think of anything. It all went perfectly well.

Nothing comes.es to mind as it was a professional visit. Even the staff from the other doctor that knew me said .as I was escorted to my room.

I live in Clovis and drive to Portales because I receive better care there than I do in the hospital here . That should explain everything in yes I’ve gone to the clinic here but prefer the familiarity and friendship there..

As always,everyone is more than helpful. Staff always smile and take their time. Love the girls in registration. Only flaw is, I am still waiting on billing to return my calls from last month and again several times this month.

I was to be scheduled with the Dr and surprised to be seen with a nurse practitioner. She did give me a prescription and spoke to the doctor about my problems taking pictures to show. She made me feel comfortable, I liked that.

Well, I keep her busy with the things that I do because I’m still a big old kid. She’s very kind respectful believes what you say and we’ll find the problem. I had a back injury for 35 years. She listened to me sent me out. I no longer have back pain issues now I have a leg issue for my motorcycle deal, but my back and the pain was done, and that was from her sending me to a surgeon
