The doctor was 45 minutes late, never apologized for this, left me after 12 minutes. Seem to be in a rush, this was my first visit with him, unacceptable

Dr Shankar explained everything on detail. I felt very comfortable with him.

Like I said dr could be very rude and push when he seems to be upset. He has a very strong accent and it’s hard for me to understand him well, he doesn’t explain the situation right and then when I look at MyChart online there’s notes that he didn’t explain to me.
