She gave me the impression that I was only there to get a doctor's note for work. She suggested a x-ray but seemed like it wasn't necessary. I told her that I felt it wouldn't hurt to have it. Then she said might as well get a x-ray to make my appointment look more legit. I did need a note for work and yes my job is picky on how to paperwork is dealt with. She wrote the first one without the dates missed. I said that they will want it redone. She wasn't going to do it and said this is the 2nd one already that she messed up the first one. She laughed at me when I told her well your going to have to do a third one. And I was told that she would put it in my chart. I actually had to message her to remind her that I needed it still. Good thing I did have a x-ray to make my appointment look more legit, It showed Bone Spurs. Then she told me on my chart that she could send me to a couple different specialist for possible surgery.

I would like to add that the lady that set up my appointment and the receptionist were very kind and polite they did a great job the nurse and the nurse practitioner and the manager was awful

A little hard to understand at times but she was so attentive.

Took care of the paperwork that I needed filled out

I was given the order for PT so I wouldn’t have to wait for them to reach out to me.

They take care of business & I am thankful for that.
