The staff is always nice; but in some cases, working with students can be time consuming which extends the appointment longer than might be needed. The primary doctor always follow ups the appointment before the exam is over which is very good.

My experience with Barnett Dulaney Perkins & Shane Theobald, OD, was friendly & professional. The entire Staff was very helpful, answered all my questions, and put me at ease as to what procedure I needed done in order to restore my sight.

Dr. Theobald was exceptionally professional, open, and approachable throughout Lynn’s recent eye examination. He was extremely friendly and took the time to explain his diagnosis in great detail, making sure everything was clear and understandable. We came away very impressed with both his expertise and the genuinely caring way he treated Lynn.

OD Theobald was very personable, pays attention, to details, thorough, and informative. I actually enjoyed my visit. And learned more about the conditions of my eyes and how to address those issues moving forward.

Dr. Theobald listened to my complaints of my eye problems and confirmed it was dry eyes causing my symptoms. He thoroughly explained the daily care I would need to perform to improve my discomfort and gave me a list of measures to take and the reasons for each measure. Since then I have adhered to his recommendations and have experienced dramatic improvement in each eye. I am extremely happy with him, as he was patient and willing to go into the detail I asked for. I also have hearing loss and he was easy to understand.

Dr. Theobald is a wonderful doctor . He takes his time to explain to you all that is going on with your eyes and doesn’t get annoyed by doing so . He has such patience and kindness . I highly , highly recommend him as your eye doctor!!!
