My experience at BJC Saint Peter’s is always been good. I don’t have to wait a long time to get in to see the doctor or have labs done. I appreciate them. They’re always kind and courteous.

My visit at the facility most recently with Shane was a good visit. He was informative. He listens very well and tries to get the test at hand taken care of.

First time seeing Shane Gleaves. He has excellent t bedside manner. He listened to me carefully. I feel very confident in his care.

Everything went very well and Shane was very good at asking me questions and helping me out to answer some things I needed to answer for him. He did a good job and everybody else did.

I was pleased to get an appointment so fast. I’ve seen Mr. Greaves before and think that he is knowledgeable and thorough. He answered all my questions and left knowing that his advice and suggestions were helpful.

Shane was attentive to my questions and discussed all my concerns thoroughly ordered appropriate blood work to follow through and gave a quick response to all results

I would have preferred a more in-depth approach to my chronic pain which is getting worse. Mainly, this visit just covered what was already on record. I expected a new look at the pain source since it’s affecting other areas.

Shane was very patient. He took the time to listen and wrote notes in my chart. He had me do bloodwork and ordered tests so he could know what was going on and to see if anything needed to be monitored. He answered my questions and explained things very well. He is also very knowledgeable.

Staff and Shane are the best I've ever been with and I did recommend my family to them and my family goes to them and I wouldn't change doctors or the place for anybody.

Shane and staff are professionals and competent care givers. Shane was thorough and generous with his time and knowledge. I left with all my concerns addressed. He stayed until all concerns taken care of even after thorough review of med history. Impressive!
