Shane PA Was excellent he listened to my concerns. He explained the treatment and the cause of my illness. He was very informative. And he has a great bedside manner.

This was my first time meeting with Shane. I had a very pleasant meeting. He was very approachable, patient, courteous, and thorough, and I felt heard and listened to. I especially appreciate his attentiveness and patience while assessing an issue I'm having with my shoulder/left side, and trying to determine next steps. I enjoyed the visit, and I would be happy to meet with him again.

Being seen and attended to from the moment I checked-in and taken to the examination room were top-notch. Both [staff] and Shane were so attentive to my needs and concerns. Shane went above and beyond regarding a health issue I've been dealing with for a few months that was not the original reason I was in the office that day. His knowledge along with his calm demeanor put me in such ease and cast my worries away.

I was extremely happy with my visit with Shane. I felt that he listened to my symptoms & concerns without distraction. His explanations & instructions were easy to understand. He also made sure I didn’t have any questions. I received excellent care!

He was not my usual doctor. He read my chart and asked questions to make sure of what was going on. He was kind and was patient with me. He made sure I understood what the follow up was.

Today’s group of professionals was different than i’ve experienced before. At every step, there was no waiting. i believe this may have effected the execution of seevixe once in the examination room: the technician was hurried, and Doctor seemed preoccupied- although both were professionally sound.

Dr Shane was the person who saw me. He had poor bedside matters. Poor listen skills and he was smissive of my health concerns/questions. He said my time was up even though I had more questions. I will NEVER go see him again.
