She is the absolute best! She has great advice and made my child feel happy despite being at the doctors!

We loved the doctor and nurse! Both excellent bedside manner, but it was a long wait and while waiting for the doctor my daughter was stripped down to her diaper. The nurse was kind to give a warm blanket but my little one still had to wait for 20 plus minutes.

Shana came in as a recommendation from OB and found her medical practice philosophy in line with what we are looking for with our first baby. She is kind and heard us out in our needs.

Provider ignored the father in the room and even went as far as to hand the child to the mother at the other end of the room instead of the father who was waiting right next to her for the child. She didn't acknowledge the father and only directed questions and comments to the mother. Nursing and office staff were amazing though.
